The Role:
As an Accommodation Supervisor, you are responsible for cleaning and checking guest rooms, bathrooms
Vacuum rooms and corridors
Change and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest amenities in line with company guidelines
Liaise with different departments and checking the systems for an update of room status
Ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistent throughout the hotel
Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks
Restock and maintain trolley on daily basis
Assist in monitoring and controlling housekeeping procedures, including embedding lost and found procedures
Report and log any rooms which do not require service
Be environmentally aware
Dispose of waste accordingly
Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
