As Club Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing office operations, including financial management, administration, event organisation, and facility maintenance ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations & compliance.
Location: Dublin 9
Hours: 20 or 30 hours per week
Salary: €45k - 50k (Pro Rata)
Responsibilities Administration: Duties include end-to-end management of enquiries, communications (email, social media, notice boards), managing maintenance, identifying and managing grants, preparing reports for the executive committee, and providing general support for all activities.
Finance: Maintain primary accounting records (via cloud platform), prepare and submit VAT returns, payroll management, and processing invoices (bar supplies, maintenance, club running).
Process cash and perform reconciliations such as cash, bank, suppliers, and VAT.
Membership: Assist the club's Membership Officer regarding new members (meeting them, processing applications, issuing welcome packs), issuing existing members with renewal information, maintaining the membership database, and processing payments received.
Commercial Engagement: Develop appropriate revenue streams including commercial opportunities and manage supplier relationships.
