Electrical Apprenticeship Programme
Tirln is offering apprenticeship opportunities to current leaving certificate students and recent school leavers in the Monaghan catchment area. This well-established and highly regarded apprenticeship programme combines practical industrial experience and academic training.
Apprentice Role Profile
* Maintain site process equipment, including utilities, and replace defective mechanical & electrical equipment when necessary.
* Carry out all operations to conform to GMP requirements and adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.
* Under senior craft supervision, perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PMs) on process and utilities equipment.
* Liaise with all site personnel to meet site objectives and provide feedback on equipment and spares issues.
Requirements
* Candidates must be 16 years or over.
* Educational standard: Grade D or higher in 5 subjects at Leaving Certificate level.
* Enjoys problem solving, team work, task orientation, and taking direction.
