Project Manager

What we're looking for
Kneat is looking to hire a Project Manager to work as part of our Consulting and Professional Services team which is responsible for deploying our enterprise software platform to large globally dispersed customers. This is a hybrid role, working as part of a Global team. The office location is Limerick, Ireland.
This is a Project Management role requiring strong experience of delivering customer facing projects to the life science industry. It includes scoping, planning, estimating, implementation management, budget management, customer stakeholder management and management of multi-functional teams often spread across several global locations.
Main Responsibilities:
End-to-end project responsibility ensuring successful delivery to the client.
Engage with clients to agree project scope, budget, quality, resources and schedule.
Responsible for the co-ordination, resourcing and delivery for multiple projects running concurrently to meet the defined project constraints of scope, time and cost.
Work with all external and internal stakeholders to ensure that all client commitments are communicated and understood ensuring the delivered project meets the client expectations.
Work with the Kneat services team in prioritising projects.
Gain an understanding of the Kneat software from a functional, technical and customer use case perspective.
Contribution to the development and continuous improvement of the project management function.
Regular reporting to management on project progress.
Commercial and operational management of a service portfolio, ensuring Consultancy service delivery is monitored and commercially administered in line with departmental P&L framework.
Position Requirements:
We are looking for a person that has:
Degree qualified with more than 5 years’ experience in client facing project/programme management.
Excellent project management skills with demonstrable experience in the delivery of projects to large customers.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think on your feet, and to engage in effective communications with both the business and technical stakeholders
Experience with ERP systems such as Netsuite.
Knowledgeable with contracting, billing and general project and services accounting governance.
Comfortable working with change
Creative problem-solving abilities
Preferred:
A project management qualification such as PMP or PRINCE2 would be beneficial.
Strong English written and oral communication skills
Would suit a strong candidate with experience in a regulated environment, such as life sciences, either directly or as a vendor.
Experience with validation process’ such as CSV or CQV.
Good documentation authoring ability
