Key Responsibilities As General Manager, you will: Oversee daily operations across all properties within the group.
Lead and inspire a team of department heads to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Ensure all operational and service standards are maintained to the highest level.
Drive financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue streams.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through staff training and development.
Act as an ambassador for the hotel group, maintaining strong relationships with guests, the local community, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and employment regulations.
Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in a General Manager or similar senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
A strong background in managing boutique or independent hotel operations.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
Financial acumen with experience in budget management, cost control, and revenue generation.
