Job Summary
This role requires an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support in a Windows and Microsoft 365 environment. The successful candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, assist users, and support IT infrastructure in a hybrid setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 1/2 support for Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
* Assist in the configuration and support of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
* Document technical issues, solutions, and maintain IT asset records
* Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and IT projects
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, providing IT support in a corporate setting
* Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
* Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
* Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach
* Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator are a plus
