Aramark Workplace Solutions is currently recruiting for a Facilities Co-Ordinator to join our team.
Reporting to the Regional Contract Manager, the successful candidate will support with the facilities management in Letterkenny, Co Donegal
This will be achieved via the practical implementation of the company’s management systems and the utilisation of the candidate’s knowledge and experience in delivering service excellence.
Job Responsibilities
• Be responsible for fully updating the sites Asset Register on the ‘RealTime‘ CAFM system
• Administer and coordinate the PPM & reactive works on site with both in-house and external support suppliers
• Log and update site maintenance related tickets on our ’RealTime‘ CAFM system
• Review and log H&S documentation including permit to work system
• Coordinate all works in accordance with agreed contract KPIs/SLA’s
• Support in house maintenance as required
• Liaise with clients daily to update on tasks and projects where required
• Produce site-specific reports
• Be responsible for daily inspection and checks
Qualifications
• 2 years experience in a similar facilities co-ordination/administration role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
• The ability to communicate effectively, over the telephone, email and face to face is essential
• Planning and organisational skills are also required as the role requires balancing many different duties and being able to prioritise them
• The ability to accurately complete tasks assignments & responsibilities in timely manner
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Working knowledge of MS office packages, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Understanding of planned maintenance procedures & building assets
• A good knowledge of health & safety practices
