The Role My client, a world renowned Non-Profit organisation is seeking an experienced Donor Care Manager to join their team based in Dublin City. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position. As the Donor Care Manager you will be responsible for delivering exceptional supporter care, enhancing donor relationships and supporting fundraising efforts. Tasks & Duties Donor Care Leadership & Operations: Lead and manage a team of four Donor Care staff, ensuring excellent supporter interactions across phone, email, post, social media, and walk-ins while overseeing donation processing. Supervise and enhance donor care operations, including inbound and outbound communications, while maintaining high service standards. Oversee third-party phone support agencies to ensure a positive donor experience aligned with the organisations values. Provide ongoing training, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to foster a high-performing team. Develop and implement best practices and stewardship strategies to enhance donor engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Data Management & Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate processing and recording of all donations (monthly, one-off, legacy, and community fundraising) while maintaining GDPR compliance. Oversee reconciliation processes and collaborate with the finance team on accurate reporting, including the annual tax submission. Maintain data integrity by proactively monitoring, cleaning, and updating donor records for accuracy and efficiency. Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Strategy: Serve as the donors advocate, working with fundraising, marketing, and communications teams to align messaging and prioritise donor relationships. Play a key role in the organisations Emergency Response Plan, ensuring effective donor communication and engagement during crises. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline donor care operations. Represent the Donor Care Team in internal meetings and cross-functional projects, sharing insights to strengthen donor experience and fundraising impact. Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications Exceptional Communication: Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively across various media, engaging both internal and external stakeholders effectively. Results-Driven & Resilient: Maintains focus on objectives, demonstrating patience and perseverance to overcome challenges and drive projects forward.
