Job Title: Operations Officer
Ryanair is currently recruiting for an Operations Officer to work in our Operations Control Centre.
This is an excellent opportunity to join Europe's leading airline and to gain experience in a busy working environment.
The successful candidate will work on a shift-based position, rotating on a '4 on / 4 off' basis, including night shifts.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing solutions to day-to-day crewing problems
* Compilation of reports as required
* Monitoring movement messages
* Preparation of operational paperwork for crews
* Updating Jeppesen manuals and Operations manuals
* Any other duties requested by Operations Control Management
Requirements include:
* Able to hold a Dublin Airport Airside ID
* Ability to work and communicate effectively under pressure
* Good problem-solving skills
* Strong outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills
* Good telephone manner
* Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and Netline advantageous)
* Full driving licence
