Job Title: HR Generalist
The Role:
We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Belfast. This permanent role involves providing HR guidance to managers and employees across the organisation.
You will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries, providing guidance on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Key responsibilities include assisting managers with employee relations issues, supporting absence and performance management processes, promoting wellbeing initiatives, and overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes.
The Person:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a Human Resources Officer/Generalist role;
* a strong understanding of HR practices and employment regulations;
* excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills;
CIPD qualification is desirable.
