We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team for a full-time, permanent position based in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading Tier 1 building and fit-out contractor on a diverse range of residential and commercial fit-out projects across the Dublin region.As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and execution of construction activities on-site, ensuring the highest standards of health & safety, quality, and project delivery. You will manage subcontractors, suppliers, site logistics, and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily management of commercial and residential fit-out projects, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standard.Implement and enforce health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) procedures in line with company policies and industry regulations.Plan and coordinate site setup, security, traffic management, and logistics, ensuring efficient movement of materials and personnel.Manage and supervise subcontractors, site personnel, forepersons, and tradespeople, ensuring project production targets are met.Work alongside the Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme, focusing on the effective sequencing of finishing trades to optimise quality and minimise rework.Monitor and manage site resources, labour, plant, and overheads to maintain project efficiency.Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Resolve on-site issues efficiently to prevent project delays.Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure seamless communication and successful project delivery.Requirements:Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in site management, specifically within residential and commercial fit-out projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, fit-out processes, and finishing works.Excellent understanding of HSEQ regulations and procedures.Proven ability to manage subcontractors, site logistics, and construction programmes.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive project success.Experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor is advantageous.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionCivil Engineering, Building Construction, and Construction
