Position Summary
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations in a busy retail store.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management:
o Assist the Store Manager to oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
o Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
o Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure optimal stock levels.
2. Team Leadership:
o Assist the Store Management team to recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
o Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
3. Customer Service:
o Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
o Engage with customers to build relationships and enhance their experience.
o Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €32,500.00-€35,000.00 per year
