Tell me more about the role?
Our Advisory Deals practice in our Cork Office provides advisory services to a wide range of businesses, both indigenous and international. You will be part of a highly driven team, led by partners and managers who are regarded as some of the top advisors in the Irish marketplace today. You will experience the real-life challenges facing our clients and assist a wide range of companies seeking to finance, grow, or divest their businesses. This role offers the opportunity to work with clients from various industries, helping you gain valuable experience across many sectors.
Advisory Deals Team Responsibilities:
* Raising Finance: We provide clear, practical, and independent advice on all aspects of raising finance, from strategy development to the design and implementation of finance solutions. Our services include M&A, Transaction Services (including Due Diligence), Corporate Finance, Business Recovery Services, Forensics, Capital Projects and Infrastructure, and Valuations.
* Business Acquisition: We conduct thorough due diligence on target businesses to verify assumptions and determine fair value. We help structure deals to minimise risk and maximise funding and tax efficiency.
* Business Disposal: We assist clients in demonstrating the commercial and financial strength of their business to potential buyers to ensure value is maximised. We manage the sale process to ensure all relevant information is provided to buyers in a controlled manner.
