Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer – HVAC Solutions
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)
The Opportunity:
Our client, a leading global provider of indoor air quality and critical ventilation solutions, is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to drive their growth strategy in the Irish market. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders, developing tailored HVAC solutions, and building strong client relationships to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow business and exceed targets.
Engage with consulting engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide technical solutions.
Build and maintain relationships to create a strong sales pipeline.
Assess customer specifications, prepare proposals, and deliver winning presentations.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring excellent customer service throughout.
Maintain accurate sales data in CRM and provide timely forecasting and reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
Degree in engineering or related field is desirable.
At least 3+ years of proven sales experience in the HVAC industry.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and equipment controls.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer-focused with a professional demeanour.
A valid, clean driver’s license and flexibility to meet clients regularly.
