Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our talent attraction team. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, driven, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
About the Role:
This role will provide critical support to APAC, EMEA, and AMER teams, with opportunities to work on various regions and business areas as needed. Key responsibilities include scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, preparing offer letters, and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Responsibilities:
* Schedule and reschedule interviews across different levels, business areas, and geographies
* Manage offer letter preparation, QA, extension, and signature processes for all countries
* Communicate directly with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure a positive experience
* Review offer letter templates and process documentation to recommend updates or improvements
* Maintain the ATS to ensure candidate records are complete and the recruitment process is accurately tracked
* Facilitate or support New Hire Orientation 1-2 times per month
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in an administrative/support function in a fast-paced environment
* Fluency in English with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Ability to adapt and positively contribute in a dynamic environment
* Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Additional Information:
This is a fixed-term contract position lasting 12 months with expected hours of 40 per week, Monday to Friday.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
