6 month secondment/fixed term contract opportunity - Proposition Manager PIA

What you can expect from us:
As a Proposition Manager, you will work under the Head of Proposition and Product pricing. The role is varied in nature and includes -
1. Delivery of product governance
2. Key voice on regulatory change where it impacts PIA propositions, and delivery of same
3. Key influencer on a range of cross functional projects
4. Key contributor to marketing and contractual material
5. Support other areas of the business and our outsource partners as required
6. Support the more junior team members
As a Proposition Manager, you will have:
7. Strong industry knowledge
8. Detailed knowledge of life products, including Investment Bonds, markets and competitors
9. Experience in a Proposition Development environment
10. Ideally, experience of working in/with a commercial or technical area of the business
Other Experiences:
11. Excellent report writing and presentation skills
12. Excellent experience of communicating complex problems and issues effectively to a variety of peers and stakeholders
13. Ability to constructively challenge and influence a range of peers and stakeholders
14. Ability to handle competing priorities and multiple tasks at once
