* Monitor department overheads to achieve budgets, including wages.
* Conduct regular staff meetings.
* Provide leadership for junior managers and staff, promoting a positive working environment.
* Liaise with the management team to achieve weekly sales and profit targets.
* Develop technical skills through training and professional development.
* Manage housekeeping to expected standards.
* Ensure excellence in all aspects of store operations.
* Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence.
* Stay informed about Health & Safety regulations and their application in the store.
