Pensions Administrator Job Opportunity
Aviva Life & Pensions Ireland invites career-driven individuals to join our Pensions Administration team as a Pensions Administrator. This role is based in our Cherrywood office, with opportunities for smart working arrangements that combine home and office work.
About the Role
The position will report to a Pension Team Leader and involves full ownership of pension administration portfolio management. You will work closely with administration partners and financial brokers to deliver exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Effective management of work queues to ensure prompt and accurate results.
* Building positive relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
* Consistently demonstrating task ownership and a solution-focused approach.
* Continually monitoring and checking all risk events have been properly recorded.
* Ensuring compliance with obligations under the Pensions Act and CPC.
Requirements:
* Broad knowledge of the pension environment (desirable but not essential).
* Pension qualification (APA/QFA) an advantage.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good planning and time management skills.
* Able to build positive relationships at all levels.
* High energy and passion for customer service and delivery under pressure.
