Our client, a global technology leader, seeks an Infrastructure Manager to lead and develop a high-performing technical team supporting enterprise IT systems across multiple time zones.

Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a high-performing technical team, providing mentorship, motivation, and support while ensuring effective resource management across multiple time zones.
* Allocate resources effectively, aligning consultants with accounts based on their expertise to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Oversee team operations, ensuring service levels are consistently met for both internal and external stakeholders while managing work schedules to support infrastructure and database needs globally.
* Analyse data and forecast capacity requirements, ensuring the team is equipped to meet evolving business demands.
* Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards, driving operational excellence and resolving escalated technical issues efficiently.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance capacity management, service quality, KPI performance, and cost efficiency.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring the organisation remains at the forefront of infrastructure and database management excellence.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud-hosted database environments, ideally Oracle and MSSQL.
* Good understanding of operating systems (Linux & Windows), networking, and communication protocols.
* Proven experience in team management, including resource planning, KPI definition, and performance optimisation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex technical environments.
* Familiarity with data reporting tools and experience working with structured reporting processes.
* Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL (desirable but not essential).
* Experience with workforce management methodologies (a plus).
* Proven experience leading support teams, with excellent verbal & written communication skills.
* Collaborative mindset, able to work remotely and engage with stakeholders across IT, business, and finance teams.
