Role Overview
This is an exciting new role for an experienced Early Careers / Campus Recruitment Specialist. You will play an important part in enhancing Irish Life’s student employer brand and helping us build our future talent pipeline.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will serve as the central point of contact for all Graduate, Intern and Early Careers streams across Irish Life Group. This role involves partnering with various business units to design, implement, and manage Early Careers programmes, including Graduate streams, Internships, and Apprenticeship / Work Placement initiatives. The Early Careers Lead will ensure these programs align with the company's strategic objectives and foster a pipeline of future talent.
What You Will Help Us To Achieve
The key responsibilities will include:
* Help design, develop and deliver Graduate and Intern programmes across various business functions
* Liaise between business units and early careers participants, ensuring effective communication and support
* Work closely with Talent Acquisition & HR colleagues to align early careers initiatives with broader talent development strategies
* Partner with Universities and strategically build out our employer brand on campus
* Organize and participate in Student & Graduate recruitment fairs, campus events to promote our opportunities and build a strong pipeline
* Contribute to our wider DEI strategy by helping us build a diverse pipeline of Early Talent
* Support all elements of our Early Careers initiatives including Programme Coordination, Stakeholder Engagement, Talent Attraction and Talent Development
What you will need to be successful in the role
The Ideal Candidate Will Have/be
* Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a HR / Talent Acquisition role, with a focus on Graduate and Intern Programmes
* Clear understanding and knowledge of Graduate and Intern Recruitment processes
* Effective stakeholder management experience, supporting and partnering with various internal functions
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
* Proven ability to engage with university partners and form strong relationships with education providers
* Demonstrated passion for DEI initiatives and building a diverse pipeline of Early Talent
* Good organisational skills with experience of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
* Good knowledge of the Graduate and Student employer markets with an awareness of campus trends and effective employer branding
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS systems.
* Minimum 3rd level bachelor’s degree or higher
