Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Administrator to join our team in Dublin 24. This is a contract position with a review for extension at the end of December.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Triage and resolve customer queries through our ticket handling system within agreed SLA timescales
* Develop, update, and evaluate ongoing processes and procedures
* Analyse information from our clients' customers
* Prepare and deliver reports
* Process applications and orders for supplies
* Provide general financial updates, including payment notifications
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
* Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
* A minimum of one year's experience in customer service or call centre environments
* A minimum of one year's experience in administration or finance
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
