Quality Assurance Quality Control Supervisor
Currently we’re looking for multiple QAQC Supervisors for three projects based in Ireland. The initial contracts will be from now until the end of the year but there is high likelihood that these will be extended, with 2+ years’ worth of work.
Job Title: QAQC Supervisor
Location: County Roscommon, County Meath, Greater Dublin
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour break for lunch)
Duration: 9 Months+ (high likelihood for extension, work up to 2-3 years)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QAQC Supervisor to oversee and manage quality control and quality assurance on site for civil, electrical, mechanical works, and fencing packages. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities adhere to quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations. This role involves supervising the execution of work, conducting inspections, and maintaining accurate records to support the project’s quality management efforts. Solar experience is preferred (not essential).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Supervision: Oversee and manage the quality of site activities for the following work packages:
1. Electrical Works
2. Mechanical Works
3. Fences
2. Inspection & Testing: Ensure that all work follows the quality management plan and inspection/test procedures. Complete relevant checklists and documentation using the SafetyCulture app to verify compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
3. Quality Records Management: Maintain and organize quality records, including inspection reports, photo reports, RFI (Requests for Information), test reports, and certificates. Ensure these documents comply with both internal standards and customer requirements.
4. SharePoint Management: Ensure all quality-related information is kept up to date on SharePoint, particularly information shared with the client, ensuring transparency and traceability.
5. Non-Conformance Management: Directly manage non-conformities on site by identifying issues and collaborating with subcontractors to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Solar experience is preferred.
2. Proven experience in quality supervision on construction sites, particularly in civil, electrical, mechanical, and fencing works.
3. Strong understanding of quality management systems and procedures, including inspections and test plans.
4. Proficiency with quality management tools and applications such as SafetyCulture.
5. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
6. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with subcontractors, team members, and clients.
7. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and customer requirements.
