As the Associate Director of Data Analysis, you will play a critical role in supporting medical cost savings teams by providing data-driven insights and analysis. You will lead a team of data analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions that support business objectives. Your role is essential to ensuring payment integrity for our end customers, which involves accurately processing and paying claims while minimizing waste, fraud, and abuse. Primary Responsibilities of the Associate Director of Data Analysis:
• Lead a team of data analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions that support business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into data analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with other data leaders across the organization to ensure that data output is accurate and relevant for their respective areas.
• Manage the data analysis process, ensuring that data is accurate, relevant, and timely.
• Develop and implement data analytics strategies and methodologies to improve business processes and decision making.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights in data, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data governance and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Cultivate new technology within the team, such as GenAI, to support the team's objectives and enhance the quality and efficiency of data analysis.

Required Qualifications of the Associate Director of Data Analysis:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of data analysts and engineers.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake), Python, SAS and other data analysis tools such as R and Tableau.
• Experience in data engineering, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and data governance best practices.
• Knowledge of US (or alternative marketplace/s) healthcare claims data is a plus.
