Job Description:
A 15-month contract with a multinational tech company is available in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities:
* Channel/Customer Operational Support (50%):
o Leads and has overall responsibility for customer relationships and supply chain performance, including collaborative forecasting, demand fulfillment, and exception management.
o Partners with Sales teams to drive short-term and long-term demand balancing and achieve financial targets.
o Manages local demand availability and provides supply visibility between territories and accounts.
o Operational performance of demand fulfillment activities, including order book management and delivery of goods.
o Drives optimal channel inventory to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure key customers are supported.
o Contributes to sales planning accuracy by ensuring latest availability information is used in decision-making forums.
* Demand Planning (20%):
o Drives demand planning efforts across varying product, customer, and geographic grains and time horizons.
o Leverages demand/supply reconciliation and sell-down plans to shape quarterly financial targets.
* Execution and Performance Management (20%):
o Supports regional performance with current quarter attainment analysis and actioning necessary improvements.
o Leads aged inventory and rework analysis, supports STO and Reservations processes, and monitors key business metrics.
* Program Support/Event Coordination (10%):
o Engages with internal stakeholders on improvement initiatives, focusing on cost savings and best practices.
o Helps team plan and execute programs, including team building and cultural pillar support.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Supply Chain Operations, Operations, or Product Management.
* 4-6 years of supply chain, inventory management, or sales operations experience, preferably in planning or channel management.
* Experience delivering system and process improvements across the Order to Cash process.
* Proven track record of identifying and implementing new opportunities to create synergy and mitigate risk.
* Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
