Deputy General Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to join our client's team in Co. Kerry.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in managing a busy bar and restaurant, with excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the business
* Liaise with suppliers and sales representatives to ensure high-quality products and ingredients
* Generate new ideas and concepts for revenue streams
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of Deputy General Management experience of a busy bar and restaurant preferred
* Excellent leadership, management, organisation, communication, and time management skills essential
* Flexible working hours including late nights, afternoons, weekends, and bank holidays
Packages on Offer:
* Competitive salary: €40,000 - €45,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications
