Responsibilities:
* Ensure the delivery of a high standard of customer care and service at all times in every area of the business in the Samás Spa.
* Perform treatments ensuring all treatments are carried out to the highest possible standard in accordance with training guidelines.
* Manage daily bookings efficiently.
* Ensure new staff have received adequate training to deliver the highest standard of customer service.
* Ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the Spa area, treatment rooms, and implements meet health and safety standards.
* Conduct stock control including the ordering of retail and salon products regularly.
* Develop promotional opportunities to maximize business potential.
* Roster adequate levels of staff in conjunction with the manager.
* Liaise with the manager weekly regarding any issues or incidents that may occur in the Spa.
* Ensure all guests receive a genuine, warm, friendly, and courteous welcome upon arrival and during their stay from all departmental personnel.

Minimum Requirements:
* Professional Therapist qualification required (ITEC or CIDESCO).
