About You
* Possess at least 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English and Maths, or equivalent qualification.
* Have at least 2 years' experience working in a demanding office environment, carrying out a range of business support tasks such as scheduling and administrative support for meetings.
Key Skills and Qualities
* Effective planning, organisation, prioritising skills, and attention to detail.
* The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
* Effective communication skills (both oral and written).
* An ability to produce timely and accurate information.
* A customer service orientation.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Human Resources team with the administration of personnel records.
* Be the first point of contact for any equality and diversity queries.
* Organise appointments for staff and management.
* Liaise with outside agencies and providers.
* Liaise with the finance team for payment of invoices.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Previous experience of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion is highly desirable, although not essential.
