**Corporate Sales Manager Role at Stylish Urban Resort in Cork**
">Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Corporate Sales Manager to promote our stylish urban resort in Cork and drive growth in the corporate sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate/event sales, strong organizational skills, and excellent analytical abilities.
">Key Responsibilities:
">
* Retain and maintain existing business relationships and develop new ones to increase sales from the corporate sector.
* Develop partnerships with local Cork-based companies and national companies to drive new and existing corporate, meeting, and events business.
* Ensure smooth handovers to the Events Sales Executive of conferences, meetings, events, and private dining from enquiry stage through to conversion, including client liaison and contracting.
* Achieve maximum potential revenue for all areas and meet targets.
* Increase productivity of private dining and meeting space by widening the client base, including corporate clients direct or via third-party agencies.
* Assist in daily communication processes within the sales office, answering telephone calls, and conducting administration tasks.
* Maintain consistent information flow within the office and amongst other departments within the hotel.
* Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing, Revenue & Reservations, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure guest requests are met and highest standards of customer satisfaction are maintained.
* Support the development and implementation of long-term Food & Beverage hotel strategies.
">Ideal Candidate Requirements:

* Minimum of two years' experience in corporate/event sales role in a four-star hotel.
* Knowledge of the local Cork company and corporate marketplace is an advantage.
* Proven track record of strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise tasks.
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Ability to work in fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and multitask.
* Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Good financial awareness (KPIs, budgets).
* Willingness to assist team environment and adapt to challenges to achieve objectives.
* Strong systems knowledge (CMS, Avvio, Revinate, MS Office, Hotsoft, Tablepath).
