Job Description
Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading Biopharmaceutical company to hire a CQV Engineer for their expansion projects in the Limerick area.
This is a long-term, hourly rate contract position with the rate dependent on experience.
Duties include:
* Support the C&Q Manager.
* Generate and execute system commissioning protocols, installation & operation qualification protocols, process qualification protocols.
* Ensure the site remains compliant with relevant Utilities/Facilities policies and standards.
* Commission and qualify Facilities Systems such as Purified Water, Compressed Air, Steam, Resin, HVAC, and other utilities / facilities.
* Implement Utilities/Facilities best practice for all Utilities Plant & Equipment to meet site requirements.
* Comply with H&S requirements for each project.
* Redline/As-build HVAC & Utility drawings.
* Perform hands-on commissioning & troubleshooting.
* Conduct installation verification walkdowns.
* Manage and close-out system punch lists.
* Ensure all installation and commissioning deliverables are met as per schedule.
* Execute Tech Transfer activities such as equipment design, process.
Education/Experience:
* Technical qualification at third level or equivalent in Engineering.
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment.
* The right to work freely in Ireland without VISA restrictions.
Key Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in Engineering or equivalent.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a CQV role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland without a VISA restriction.
