Our client, a leading Financial Services organisation, is looking to recruit a Procurement Category Manager to join their centralised Procurement function. In this role, you will be responsible for strategically managing Business Process Outsourcing and Professional Services spend across the business. The annual spend for this category is in excess of €80 Million. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic fast-paced global procurement team with excellent opportunities for career progression.
This role will be based in Dublin City Centre with good hybrid/flexible working options.
Responsibilities Responsible for managing the Business Process Outsourcing/Professional Services spend across the businessBuild and develop robust relationships with existing and new suppliersProvide sourcing insights to drive category performanceWork with internal business stakeholders to ensure involvement in key category related decisionsImplement risk management and mitigation strategiesLead Strategic Sourcing projects, tenders and negotiationsRequirements: Degree qualified in a Business or finance related discipline5+ years of experience in Professional Services or Business Process OutsourcingProven track record of managing a large spend portfolioAbility to work cross-functionally with different departments and stakeholdersProven ability to build robust working relationships with third-party suppliers
