Job Title: Content Moderator
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Content Moderator. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of business contact information by making outbound phone calls and conducting online research.
Responsibilities:
* Determine the course of action necessary to ensure accurate information is displayed.
* Examples of corrective measures may include calling B2B customers to verify information and conducting additional online research.
* Maintain courteous, professional, and efficient communication with clients via phone.
* Process requests and make sound decisions related to customer requirements.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Flemish is required.
* An enthusiastic and positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn is essential.

* Salary: €28,810 + bonus = €31,810
