Company Overview: Our client is a small but busy office, specializing in the weekly shipment of horses to and from the UK & Europe.
Job Summary: The successful candidate will manage and oversee all aspects of horse transport coordination from start to finish.
This includes handling bookings, route planning, ferry bookings, vet checks, health certificates, customs paperwork, and billing.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee horse shipments from initial booking to final delivery.
Plan and optimize transport routes.
Manage ferry bookings and ensure timely and accurate vet checks and health certifications.
Handle all customs paperwork and billing processes.
Communicate effectively with clients and transport partners.
Requirements: Proven experience in office procedures and logistics management.
Experience with Equisoft and Excel is a distinct advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
