We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Clerical Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative and clerical support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
2. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, directing queries to the appropriate departments.
3. Maintain and update records, databases, and office systems.
4. Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documentation as required.
5. Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial transactions in line with company policies.
6. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
7. Assist with maintaining compliance and confidentiality in all administrative activities.
8. Support senior staff and management with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Key Requirements:
1. Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is desirable.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
3. Working knowledge of SAP Materials Managements ‘MM’.
4. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively.
7. Working knowledge of SharePoint is a plus.
