We are seeking a highly organized and personable Graduate Receptionist to join our clients professional services team in County Kerry. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and welcoming first point of contact for clients and visitors to the office and will assist the practice partners in all aspects of daily operations, administration and managing appointments and schedules. This is a permanent, full time position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the initial point of contact, managing phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
2. Greet and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
3. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain meeting room calendars.
4. Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
5. Support office operations, ensuring an efficient and organized environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Recent graduate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to type at a minimum of 50 words per minute.
4. Friendly, approachable, and eager to learn in a professional environment.
