Job Title: Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper
Location: Little Island, Cork
This is a permanent hybrid role, where you will work from our office in the Little Island area of Cork and also have the option to work from home.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including accounts payable, debtors ledger, revenue returns, bank account reconciliation, collection practices, customer queries, payment allocation, creditor reconciliations, purchase invoices, and maintaining accurate customer data.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience in accounting software Xero
* Proficient in Microsoft office
* Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
Salary: €30,000 - €40,000 per annum
