Project Management Responsibilities
The Project Manager is accountable for all aspects of the customer project throughout its entire lifecycle, from initiation to close.
The role involves managing the customer project from conception to final implementation and support/maintenance. This includes providing technical/functional analysis to identify, evaluate, and develop systems and procedures that meet user requirements.
The Project Manager will understand, capture, and communicate business requirements to stakeholders, including customers, development teams, test teams, and support teams.
The role requires participation in solution discussions with the customer and internally, evaluating and proposing solution approaches to ensure all solutions are fit for use.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
* Monitor project progress continuously and provide regular internal and external updates.
* Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
Main Point of Contact for Customers
The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing status overviews, taking ownership of critical issues, and managing all customer UAT sessions.
The role also involves supporting business change processes and continuous improvements, both internally and externally.
Close collaboration with solution architects ensures decisions and implementations meet business/customer needs.
Integrations
* Understand existing integrations.
* Participate in solution design with customers.
* Work with the architecture/development team(s) to implement required integrations with 3rd party systems.
Essential Skills
The ideal candidate should have:
* Ability to work well as part of a team.

* Ability to set and work to strict project deadlines.
* Knowledge of MS SQL, JIRA, and Development Lifecycles.
Educational Requirements
A 3rd level qualification in Computer Science or related discipline is required.
