About the Team:
The Client Experience (CX) team is responsible for developing and collaboratively implementing our comprehensive strategy to continually enhance Citco’s client capabilities. Leading with a human-centered design mindset and a native-digital approach, these capabilities drive and enable Citco to design and deliver a positive and seamless client experience tailored for all clients across all touchpoints. The CX team works collaboratively across all global lines of business, partnering with business leaders and clients to identify needs, solutions and value creation opportunities for stakeholders.
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with business users, Client Experience Analysts, Design Center Resources, and IT staff to gather system requirements and document system specifications for Citco’s new Digital Experiences. transformational version of our core fund accounting system.
We are looking for an energetic, motivated, Business Analyst with experience working on projects that encompass front end deliver, backend functional requirements as well as process mapping and redesign where applicable with a passion for CX and Design Thinking. ResponsibilitiesYour Role: The Client Experience Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and improving the customer journey across all touchpoints and channels.The role involves collecting and interpreting data, identifying pain points and opportunities, and proposing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.The ideal candidate has strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a customer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation.Map and document the current and future state of the customer journey, highlighting the moments of truth, gaps, and pain points.Gather and document requirements and specify solutions to complex business challenges, working with the business and/or project team, via new solutions and/ or by leveraging or extending an existing suite of solution components.Develop a detailed understanding of planned and existing solution components. QualificationsAbout You:Experience in the financial services industry is essential.Additional experience in Design Thinking or design led solution delivery. Previous experience in working in an Agile Delivery environment. Experience with Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. Technical or business degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
