We have an exciting opportunity for the position of Workplace Services Director, delivering an integrated facilities management contract, based in our blue-chip client contract.
Covering 2 locations in Dublin, the successful candidate will lead a large, experienced, and highly motivated departmental management team and overall responsibility for the delivery of an exemplar workplace experience for our clients and customers, within an integrated facilities management contract.
The services we provide include:
* Contract and Client Relationship Management
* Concierge, Reception and Switchboard
* Housekeeping (Cleaning and associated services)
* Grounds Maintenance
* Security
* Porterage and Handyperson
* Mailroom
* Hard FM – Planned and reactive maintenance
* Property Management Services
* Dining and Hospitality
Along with the Strategic management team at Sodexo, you will develop and embed a culture of collaboration, open and honest communication, and a demonstrate a commitment to striving for excellence through continuous improvement and compliance, all of which supports our value proposition.
We encourage you to apply if can demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following areas:
* Established experience of successfully managing large teams working in a blue-chip professional office or high-end hospitality establishments.
* Minimum Level 7 or 8 in Facilities Management/Engineering/Hospitality Management or equivalent professional qualification.
* Ability to engage and meet the needs of a diverse stakeholder group, excellent team building, people management and leadership skills.
* Contract and commercial management experience in the FM industry is desirable.
* An understanding of basic technical aspects of FM Services (catering, hard & soft)
* Capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts.
* Accreditation or additional qualification in Leadership/People Management is desirable.
