We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension, to support an ongoing project.

Key Responsibilities: General Administration: • Handle daily office operations, including answering phones, managing emails, and responding to inquiries.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and internal communications.
Document & Data Management: • Maintain and organise both digital and physical files.
• Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding document retention and confidentiality.
Recruitment & HR Support: • Assist with recruitment tasks, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and processing reference checks.
• Support HR administration, including employee contract preparation and document filing.
Customer & Office Support: • Greet and assist visitors to ensure a welcoming office environment.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Handle client and vendor inquiries professionally and efficiently.
What We're Looking For: · Previous experience in office administration or a related field.
· Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· HR or recruitment experience is an advantage.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
