Our salary range for a crew person in the organization is from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour. Your starting salary will vary based on years of experience and the volume of the location.
In addition to your base pay, the Gillis Organization offers a program called Accelerate Your Pay (AYP). AYP focuses on rewarding hourly employees who work for the needs of the business and want to GROW their PAY. Please ask the People Department or General Manager for more information.
