Fostering a Culture of Data Governance: A Crucial Role in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for promoting data stewardship, enhancing data quality, and ensuring the principles of data governance are embedded in the site culture.
The successful candidate will design and deliver relevant training programs, work closely with the Global DG team, and monitor data governance practices to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
* Design comprehensive training programs focused on data governance, compliance, and best practices for bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with department leadership to align training with operational needs and business objectives.
* Leverage technology to enhance training delivery, including e-learning platforms, simulation tools, and virtual training environments.
You will also be responsible for gathering agreed site data governance KPIs, reporting findings to DG Business Partners, and establishing ongoing monitoring and auditing processes to ensure cultural improvements are sustained.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. Experience in cultural/people change management and organisational development is highly desirable.
To be considered for this role, you must hold a BA/BS degree and 5+ years of professional experience in pharmaceutical/FDA regulated work areas such as data management & operations, quality assurance, compliance, manufacturing operations, quality control, or IT.
