JobTitle: Junior Clubhouse Supervisor
Department: Rooms Division
Responsible To: GuestRelations Manager / Rooms Division Manager
MainPurpose of Job: Ensures a safe, fun andinteractive environment to children using the Junior Clubhouse, withsupervisory authority over the Junior Clubhouse Attendants.
Liaises with: FrontDesk, Concierge, Attaché, Food and Beverage, Communications
MAIN DUTIES
1. Arrive to work on time,appropriately groomed and in the correct uniform.
2. Maintain log of childrenbeing checked in and out of the Junior Clubhouse.
3. Prepare Junior Clubhouseaccording to weekly plans of care.
4. Follow Daily Schedule.
5. Ensure all staff aretrained on the Code of Behaviour and signed copies are forwarded to HR.
6. Ensure First Aid box isfully stocked.
7. Check all equipmentregularly and remove any defective items.
8. Ensure all forms containingpersonal data are transferred to the Department Managers office for GDPRpurposes and safe keeping.
9. Daily examination ofoutdoor areas in line with Health and Safety requirements.
10. Assist Department Managerwith staff schedule - to be created by Thursday each week for the followingweek in line with business requirements.
11. Address any staff concernswith the Department Manager.
12. Develop and implementappropriate activities for the children.
13. Supervise children at alltimes for safety and health concerns.
14. Arrange and maintainclassroom environment.
15. Maintain required materialsand equipment in Club. Notify Manager of items that should be repaired orreplaced.
16. Actively participate inassociate meetings as required.
17. Participate in professionaldevelopment opportunities as required.
18. Share knowledge fromtraining opportunities with other staff members.
19. Serve as a role model forother staff members, as well as children.
20. Work as a team membertoward establishing goals.
21. Notify security and ensureincident reports are complete whenever accident or injury occurs to children.Provide a signed copy to the Manager
22. Inform the Department Managerof any changes/challenges involving the operation of the Junior Clubhouse.
23. Keep count of children in JuniorClubhouse.
24. Maintain order amongst thechildren.
25. Assist all children torestroom.
26. Supervise the children'ssnacks and refreshments.
27. Maintain food stations inaccordance with Health Department Codes.
28. Make sure toys and gamesare clean and sanitary.
29. Make sure toilets aremaintained in a spotless condition at all times and are regularly sanitised.
30. Ensure children aresupervised until parent or legal guardian shows proper and signs them out.
31. Ensure that the JuniorClubhouse is opened on time in the morning and is closed properly at the end ofthe day.
32. Follow opening and closingprocedures.
33. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitalityindustry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect thebusiness needs of the hotel which can include day, evening or weekend shifts

QUALIFYING CRITERIA
34. Completed Tusla child protection course an advantagehowever this training will be provided for the successful applicant if notalready in place.
35. All Junior Clubhouse Associates are subject to Gardaclearance.
36. Previous customer service and childminding experiencean advantage.
37. Positive and friendly attitude, cheerful and courteousdemeanour.
38. Good organisational skills.
39. Reliable and adaptable team player.
40. Excellent communication skills.
41. Ability to work flexible hours.
42. Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure.
