We are seeking a highly motivated and respected leader to drive technical innovation in our Global Solution Architect (Life Science Segment) opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Becoming the trusted advisor for our most valued customers.
* Building and leading a community of local solution architects.
* Positioning our value propositions as innovative solutions addressing customer needs, processes, and technical challenges.
* Enabling Strategic Account Sales Executives and Key Account Managers to win business by coaching on solutions and supporting sales pursuits.
You will also:
* Lead the definition of technical solutions, capture customer use cases, and explain the business value of the solution to meet customer expectations.
* Collaborate across our portfolio and with third-party vendors to define, develop, and deliver solutions meeting customer needs.
* Work with local project teams to influence project design specifications.
Qualifications:
* College degree in computer science or mechanical engineering, or equivalent work experience.
* Minimum 5-7 years of experience in turnkey projects, delivering validated projects, and technical sales support roles.
* Understanding of HVAC design for Asptic, Clean Room & Pharma manufacturing.
* Experience in solution design for greenfield major projects and brownfield renovations.
* Knowledge of Life Sciences industry regulatory requirements, including regional regulations.
* Excellent experience in integrated facility design with IoT.
* Strong public speaking capability.
