The team advises a wide variety of managers, investment banks and private equity managers across a broad range of asset classes including distressed situation funds, private debt and credit funds, hedge funds and bespoke structures.The successful candidate will have exposure to high quality matters and will work as part of, and be supported by, a highly successful and collegiate team.The key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:Advising UK and European clients on the structuring, establishment and operation of Irish fund products, including UCITS and AIFS.Reviewing transaction documentation from an Irish law perspective across a wide range of structures and jurisdictions.Preparing, drafting and negotiating fund documentation and agreements.Managing transactions end-to-end efficiently and effectively.Working with a client base comprising of domestic and international clients.Engaging in business development activities, being active in the promotion of the firm and seeking opportunities for new work and cross-selling.Working as part of a team, including supervising junior lawyers’ work and taking an active part in sharing knowledge and experience within the team.EXPERIENCEWhat You BringApplicants should have three to four years' post-qualification experience as an investment funds lawyer, ideally gained within a top-tier law firm. It is essential that all candidates have a strong academic background, with excellent written communication and drafting skills.
