Responsibilities:
* Drive sales, service, productivity and maintain excellent standards throughout the store.
* Liaise regularly with regional operations Manager.
* Maximize sales.
* Take responsibility for staffing levels.
* Develop and train staff.
* Maintain merchandising and presentation of store to the highest standard at all times.
* Manage all Health & Safety, HACCP and other legal requirements within the store.
Skills and Experience:
* 3+ years experience in a similar environment.
* Proven ability in managing retail sales teams.
* Excellent operational knowledge of retail environment.
