About the Role
Our engineering site in Dublin is a mature and strategically important site that operates alongside sales, operations, and other functions. We design, develop, and implement large-scale engineering solutions for our entire product suite, including many well-known household brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and drive project plans with the ability to drive results across multiple stakeholders.
* Drive success on various project concepts, work packages, and create scalable cross-site projects across multiple teams with defined Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
* Able to consistently apply excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills in various scenarios.
* Support cross-site strategies and projects, such as talent development, ecosystem growth, innovation, value creation, and engineering excellence.
Communication
* Collaborate with business managers and engineering leads to curate content highlighting the value creation of the engineering site.
* Work with international stakeholders to ensure sitewide internal SharePoint is current.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Operations, or related field, and work experience in program management, process management, or equivalent.
* Core Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, reporting, resource management, communications, risk management, dependencies, scope, time, and budget.
* Organizational, time management, leadership skills for overseeing multiple projects originating from various program teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and team-building skills.
* Critical thinker with high energy and a 'can-do' attitude.
* Understanding of process improvement to streamline business workflows.
