Job Title: Compliance Officer
About the Role
Servisource, part of the Cpl Group, is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure high standards of compliance for all agency staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance levels and keep records in line with legislative requirements
* Report on staff compliance monthly to address key areas for improvement
* Ensure each staff file contains necessary documentation based on profession
* Taking direction from management on compliance policies and implementation
* Working closely with Centralised Recruitment Team and managers to improve compliance levels and adhere to standards
* Correlating and presenting regular reports to management on all aspects of compliance
* Identifying compliance risks and liaising with departments to correct and mitigate occurrences
* Liaising with Training Department to schedule staff training as required
* Processing Garda Vetting applications and managing from submission to completion
* Acting as point of contact for compliance-related queries
* Managing Occupational Health process including payment, return and uploading fit to work certs for temps
Requirements
* Strong written and oral communication, and proficiency in English language
* Previous compliance and/or administrative experience desirable but not essential
* Fully proficient in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office suite
* Excellent time management and organisation skills
* Ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines
* Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
