Hours: 39 hrs per week shift rota 07.00am - 9.00pm Monday to Sunday

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that the operation of the service runs smoothly and follows organization procedures.
2. Meet the client group's needs through one-to-one key work interventions, assisting with sensitive disclosures, delivering sanctions, and referring clients for suitable interventions.
3. Monitor showers and toilet areas where necessary.
4. Engage in Outreach Work when required.
5. Work with all clients to gain their trust and respect, handling difficult situations sensitively within the framework of the organization's policies and recording incidents as appropriate.
6. Carry out administrative procedures under organization policies.
7. Prepare reports, statistics, and other information required by the Open Access Service Coordinators.
Requirements:
1. Level 7 or above qualification in Social Care.
2. At least 1 year's full-time experience in a low threshold environment or relevant social care settings.
3. Understanding of issues relating to alcohol and drug use, homelessness, and mental health, with experience in client work in these areas.
4. Full license and access to own transport.
