About Your New Company An exciting, international group growing its footprint in Ireland Small, collaborative Dublin-based team with flexible working and a supportive culture You'll play a key part in shaping how the business operates locally, with real autonomy About Your New Job as an Office Manager As Office Manager, you will: Coordinate day-to-day office operations (supplies, scheduling, facilities) Process monthly payroll (currently outsourced) and liaise with payroll provider Handle accounts admin: pay vendors, track invoices and support monthly bookkeeping Support onboarding, equipment management and general office communication Provide PA-level assistance to the Finance Director as needed Take initiative in implementing internal systems and improving workflows What You Need To apply to this office manager role, youll need: 4+ years experience in an office management job or similar (ideally in a small business or start-up) Practical payroll and accounts admin experience Strong Excel and MS Office skills Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset Comfortable working without a set playbook and helping to build processes from scratch Whats On Offer Salary: €45,000€60,000 (based on experience) Bonus Scheme Health insurance (top Irish Life plan) Pension (5% employer match with Aviva) Hybrid working: 3 days in office (TuesThurs), 2 from home (Mon/Fri) Flexible hours: 9am5pm with start/finish time options Whats Next Apply now by clicking the Apply Now button or email me, Jack Breslin Why Apply Through Sigmar?
