Wurth Ireland Limited, established in Limerick since 1982, has an exciting opportunity for a full time position within the Telesales Department based at our head office on the Ballysimon Road in Limerick.

We sell across four main industries; Automotive, Wood, Metal & Construction. Our aim is to drive sales and grow our business with existing customers and seek out opportunities through new customers.
We are looking for a driven and dynamic individual who is well spoken, vibrant and engaging. You will have the motivation to sell consultatively offering solutions for your client base, building rapport and long term relationships. Our success relies on our people and everyone within The Company has a part to play in our success. You will be responsible for maximising sales revenue from an existing and established customer base within a designated division through targeted direct marketing and telesales campaigns. This position is an internal role based in our head office in the Ballysimon Road in Limerick working Monday to Friday office hours.
Your Mission!

Key Tasks:
Developing business/relationships with existing key account customers through our products and systems
Creating relationships with new key account business
Maximising sales and profitability for the company
Achieve your personal and company sales targets within your territory
Provide solutions to your customers' needs
Successful territory planning to maximise coverage of the region
Request payment of overdue customer accounts
Managing customer information, route planning and order processing
Skills & Experience
Experienced in selling with a strong ambition to succeed.
People person with exceptional demonstrated customer service qualities and a positive can-do attitude.
Prepared to work hard and embrace learning opportunities.
A great communicator who loves to help people.
